Monthly Moodboard: March
March arrives with wide skies and the first daffodils.
Like the first breeze through an open window. The one that feels like the world quietly waking up again.
Light blue skies stretch wide overhead, dotted with big white clouds drifting lazily past. Yellow begins to appear everywhere, especially in the daffodils pushing up from the earth like little sparks of sunshine.
The world shifts from stillness into motion. Not all at once, but gently. Gradually.
You notice it in small ways. Hands instinctively reaching for flowers at the market, simply because they make the day feel brighter.
There is something playful about this time of year. Something soft and slightly dreamy. The season invites us to move again—to step outside, to wander, to let our thoughts drift the way clouds do across a wide sky.
As Alice Winn writes:
“It was a bright blue day. The green leaves curled playfully into the sky, and daffodils burst out like exclamation points.”
That’s exactly what March feels like: exclamation points.
Small bursts of joy after the quiet pause of winter. Bright yellow reminders that life is waking up again.
So this month, follow that rhythm.
Play with flowers.
Take the long way home.
Daydream a little more than usual.
Feel the breeze. 🌼☁️
